With a 50,000 square foot warehouse in Oklahoma, they cater to both home gym and full-size health club needs. They provide free fitness consultations to help you choose the right equipment. With hundreds of customer referrals and a team of experienced former club owners, they ensure a great experience with used equipment.
Q. DO I PAY SALES TAXES?
A: We do not charge you any sales tax unless you are picking up or having your unit shipped inside the state of Oklahoma.
Q. CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORE?
A: Our fitness equipment is available online, or you can visit our warehouse in Oklahoma. To view products in person, please call (512) 736-0418 to schedule an appointment with our sales staff. Please note, some products are shipped directly from manufacturers and may not be available for viewing.
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
A: Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. In some areas, the delivery agent may only come into your area on certain days of the week, but they will call you prior to delivery to arrange the day and delivery window.
Q. HOW DOES DELIVERY WORKS?
A: Our delivery agent will contact you to schedule the delivery day and time. It’s recommended to have assistance available, depending on the delivery method. We work with major freight carriers like FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, and Estes Express, used by large retailers like Wal-Mart.com and Amazon.com.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO ME?
A: Deliveries usually take 10-20 business days, with possible delays for remote areas or upgraded options. A tracking number will be provided, and our sales staff is available for updates. Back orders may cause delays, and shipping large remanufactured or refurbished equipment takes longer. Quality is our top priority.
Q. DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
A: You’ll need to sign for your delivery. With curbside delivery, you’re responsible for bringing the item into your home. Inspect for damage—refuse delivery if it’s severely damaged, and for minor damage, note it on the freight bill. We’ll send replacement parts and arrange repairs.
Q. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY UNIT IS BEING DELIVERED?
A: Your delivery agent will call 24 hours in advance to schedule the delivery day and time. You’ll receive a tracking number and toll-free 888# to check the status of your order, and many carriers offer online tracking to view the estimated delivery date.
Q. WILL THE DRIVER BRING THE UNIT INTO MY GARAGE?
A: With curbside delivery, you are responsible for bringing the unit from the truck to your chosen area. The driver may assist up to the garage or doorstep as a courtesy, but this is not guaranteed, as we work with third-party shippers.
Q. WHO SERVICES MY UNIT SHOULD IT NEED REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE?
A: We have hundreds of independent service technicians nationwide. If you have an issue with your unit, contact our service department for troubleshooting. If needed, we’ll mail a replacement part or dispatch a technician to your home for more serious issues.
Q. IS MY WARRANTY TRANSFERABLE?
A: Like most manufactures our warranty is not transferable, it is valid only valid for the original purchaser.
Q. IS MY WARRANTY VALID OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES?
A:No, our warranties are only valid inside of the 48 states of the U.S. (we will provide parts support to Alaska and Hawaii; you are responsible for UPS charges).
Q. ARE THE WARRANTIES VALID IN A GYM, SCHOOL OR OFFICE BUILDING?
A: Commercial warranties are included with purchases from Fitness Solutions but have limitations due to higher usage in commercial settings. Our sales staff will explain the warranty details when you place your order.
Q. DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?
A: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii and can arrange shipments to a freight forwarder. While service techs are limited in these areas, we provide parts support during the warranty period, with shipping charges being your responsibility.
Q. DO YOU SHIP TO OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
A: Yes! We do ship to anywhere in the world, however, Foreign customers are responsible for any duties and customs documents. Larger shipments will go out in 20 or 40 ft containers
